“POP” stands for “Psychology Of Potential”. It is a series of personal development programs that emphasize the use of positive psychology to realize one’s natural potential to bring happiness and fulfillment to family, work and life. The training school that provides these programs in Singapore is “POP Institute Pte Ltd”.
 

 

POP was founded on 1st May 1990 in Taipei City by Huang Cheng Hui and wife, Lu Hsiu Jing, who are both widely recognized for their decades of success in sharing their deep understanding of life’s fundamentals and in inspiring many individuals to lead a more fulfilling life.
 

 

The teaching of POP is ingenuous. Programs are conducted under 2 arms namely, “Mental Philosophy” and “Management”. Under the Mental Philosophy arm, students are exposed to the basics of personal psychology, transpersonal psychology and parapsychology as they embark on a self-discovery journey.

 

As for the Management arm, the training focuses on building Action Quotient, understanding the psychology of management and practicing effective communications.

 

The programs are creatively designed to help students find ways to balance between pursuing personal aspirations and managing day-to-day challenges. It is about achieving the common desire of mankind, leading a life which spiritually fulfilling, and yet not deprived of any material comfort.
